Terms of Service

1. General Provisions

These Terms of Service (hereinafter "Terms") govern the relationship between TypickáŽena s.r.o., registered in Bratislava, Slovak Republic, IČO: 56900317, DIČ: 2122501898 (hereinafter "Provider") and the client (hereinafter "Client") who uses the Provider's administrative services. By using our website and services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Scope of Services

The Provider offers the following administrative services: • Email communication management • Calendar scheduling and coordination • Data processing and management • Document preparation for accounting • Customer support in three languages (Slovak, German, English) • Compliance support The specific scope of services is defined in the individual contract or order between the Provider and the Client.

3. Pricing Terms

The Provider offers two pricing models: a) Monthly retainer plans: • Essentials: €490/month (up to 30 hours) • Professional: €890/month (up to 60 hours) • Enterprise: €1,490/month (up to 120 hours) b) Per-service pricing: • Email Management: €18/hour • Calendar Scheduling: €15/hour • Data Entry: €14/hour • Document Preparation: €20/hour • Customer Support: €16/hour • Compliance Assistance: €25/hour All prices are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. The Provider reserves the right to change prices with 30 days' notice.

4. Payment Terms

Invoices are issued monthly in advance for retainer plans and monthly in arrears for hourly services. Payment is due within 14 days from the invoice date. In case of late payment, the Provider reserves the right to suspend service delivery.

5. Same-Day Response Guarantee

The Provider guarantees a response to all Client requests on the same business day, provided they are received by 3:00 PM CET. Requests received after 3:00 PM CET will be processed on the next business day. This guarantee applies to business days (Monday through Friday), excluding Slovak public holidays.

6. Confidentiality

The Provider commits to maintaining the confidentiality of all information, documents, and data accessed during service delivery. This obligation continues after the termination of the contractual relationship. The Provider ensures that all employees and contractors are bound by the same confidentiality obligation.

7. Liability

The Provider is liable for damages caused by breach of its obligations under these Terms or the individual contract. The Provider's total liability is limited to the amount of fees paid by the Client in the last 3 months. The Provider is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or damages caused by force majeure.

8. Duration and Termination

Monthly retainer plans are concluded for an indefinite period and may be terminated with 30 days' notice at the end of a calendar month. Hourly services may be terminated at any time without notice. The Provider may immediately terminate service delivery in case of material breach of the Terms by the Client.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved preferably by agreement of the parties. If agreement is not possible, disputes shall be resolved by the competent court of the Slovak Republic.

10. Final Provisions

The Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms. The Client will be notified of any changes by email or through the website at least 30 days before the changes take effect. If any provision of these Terms is declared invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in force.
